With the information in hand we will have one of our accredited ASP Home Staging Professionals prepare a full set of step-by-step instructions for your property at the Spotlight Staging offices. Upon our return we will then present this report, which includes full review of the inside and outside and also room-by-room.

At Spotlight Staging we can implement all or part of the report recommendations, or give you referrals to outside vendors that can help you as much or as little as you like. When the Staging process is complete, we fine tune the property and take "After" photos that will then you can give to your realtor for point of sale materials or flyers and also to be posted on the appropriate web site to help sell you home quickly.

Personal Shopping Service

We can shop for your personal needs, gifts, or staging requirements. We'll meet with you to discuss your ideas and preferences, and then off we go to find the perfect finishing touches. All you have to do is sit back and relax. Any items that you are not happy with will be returned at no cost to you. (Sale items not returnable)

Full Staging or Vignettes

Spotlight Staging also offers a full service staging service. We use a set of proven guidelines and techniques to prepare your home for sale so that you can sell your home for the most money in the shortest amount of time. We carry a full line of home furnishings to stage vacant or occupied homes. We work with all situations and all budgets.

Spotlight Staging provides Light 'Vignette' Style, 'Medium' and 'Model Home' Style Staging. We do as much or as little as you choose. If your home is vacant, we will rent just enough contemporary furnishings and accessories to make your home appear warm and inviting. This service includes everything necessary to transform your vacant property and keep costs as minimal as possible. We will do the creative design, furniture rental coordination, shopping, staging and de-staging. All options are open to how much or how little you want.

Move-In Staging Service

We all can't bear the thought of unpacking and decorating again. No problem, Spotlight Staging is here to help you with our Move in Staging Service. Spotlight Staging will visit your home and create a plan specifically for your new home. Spotlight Staging will assist you in making a comfortable, welcoming home that reflects your personal taste and unique character.

Open House Preparation

Spotlight Staging wants to help you prepare for your Open House. This service by Spotlight Staging includes meeting with you a day or two before your Open House to discuss and coordinate what needs to be done. Spotlight Staging will provide you with a checklist of tasks to be completed before your Open House. Spotlight Staging will arrive two hours before the Open House and review the checklist with you to ensure that all tasks were completed. Spotlight Staging Open House preparations include providing pleasant music, fresh flowers & fruit, and the preparation of fresh baked cookies or hors d'oeuvre's. Spotlight Staging will also stage the home by turning on all lights and opening window coverings and making sure that the home is odor free. Spotlight Staging is available to be present throughout the duration of the Open House or will return to remove any entertainment items and prepare the house for close.
