Staged homes sell significantly quicker than non-staged homes according to a study of 300 homes that were sold between the years 2004 and 2006. Under the supervision and active participation of accredited staged professionals, 300 homes were put up for sale without being staged and all 300 homes were taken off the market after being available for up to 167 days on average without being sold.

The 300 homes were then staged by an accredited staged professional and sold in an average of 13.7 days (two weeks).

Imagine that you have a property to sell and the difference between selling it and watching people walk through it without buying is home staging. The difference in selling time is also significant if the first time the house is listed it is also staged.

During that same three year study a home listed and staged sold on average in 9 days versus the 14 days after being relisted and then staged.
